GARDNER DENVER's "MDR" Series of Membrane Dryers
employ bundles
of tube shaped membrane filters to remove water vapor from your compressed air
system through a process called "Permeation". These special fibers will not
operate if exposed to any liquid water or oil within the air stream. Prefiltration
is critical for the proper operation of the "MDR" series of dryers. These dryers
produce a Pressure Dew Point within the range of +40 and -40 degrees F.
